Porsche

The Porsche 911 was originally to be called 901. However, Peugeot believed that it had the rights to all three digit number combinations with a "0" in the centre. As Porsche did not want a legal dispute, the "0" was changed to a "1" and the legendary "911" was born.

Porsche designed the world's first hybrid vehicle in 1899, the year in which the Lohner-Porsche was created: an electric vehicle with a petrol-powered generator to charge the batteries.

Porsche designed the VW Beetle. Especially when the Porsche 356 stands next to the VW Beetle, it is hard to miss the resemblance.

Aston Martin

Aston Martin has the most expensive British vehicle ever sold. In 2017, the Aston Martin DBR1 was sold for around £17 million.

One of the reasons for the high price is that all vehicles are made by hand.

Aston Martin is often associated with James Bond, as it has appeared in many films such as Skyfall, Casino Royale and Goldeneye. In Goldginger, the Aston Martin was introduced and the DB5 was filled with many gadgets from Q.
